The Jetfast Bali Cargo team “The Orange Squad” back in action again. This time they were packing a villa bound for two locations, Italy and Brisbane Australia.
The team provided a full packing service carefully wrapping and packing all household items over several days. Our client’s items will now be carefully stuffed into two separate containers ready for shipping to each destination.

Also a massive credit to the Bali team for more wonderful feedback on our service! Well done to our Bali Manager Rudi and his team for yet another successful household pack.

Household Relocation to Victoria

We had to move from a remote Indonesian island back to Australia (Melbourne) in April 2021. We were having a lot of difficulties finding the best way to do this, which was causing a lot of stress, especially in the COVID-times. We were extremely fortunate to come across Jetfast (Russell and his amazing team), who helped coordinate the completely inadequate local shipping company in getting our household goods first to Bali, where Jetfast took over, re-packed everything to Australian custom’s standards, fumigated our wooded furniture and prepared for the voyage to Melbourne. They put up with our often frantic calls and messages, re-assured us that all was ok, kept us fully informed on the status and, most importantly, did everything within the quote/estimate they gave us at the beginning….they even managed to reduce it once everything was re-packed efficiently. Once our goods reached Melbourne it took less than two weeks to get everything cleared by customs and quarantine and delivered to our out-of-town address. Nothing was missing or broken and there were no additional fees at all. We really couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend them.

On arrival in Australia, we will also be handling full import clearance and delivery to residence in Rural Victoria - Our Full door to door relocation service from Bali to Australia.

I used this service to ship several cubic metres of household goods from north Bali to rural Victoria (Australia). I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service. All communications were prompt and helpful, the packing crew from Denpasar were brilliant, the shipping went smoothly, I was kept fully informed of the progress, and the final delivery to our new home was actually a week earlier than anticipated.
