FAQ

Documents can vary depending on your circumstances and whether you’re a foreigner or returning Indonesian. For Foreign workers the minimum document requirements are:

  • Original passport with arrival stamp.
  • Signed Authority Form (provided)
  • KITAS (Residence permit Card) Mandatory
  • IMTA (Working permit) or Investor documents (NIB, DEED and SKTT)
  • Sponsorship letter from Guarantor or company
  • Boarding pass and copy of your flight itinerary and e-ticket.
  • Shipping Documents (Bill of Lading and inventory)

Requirements are subject to change, so it is always better to check with us for the most current updated requirement.

For Foreigners Import Duty free entry of household goods and personal effects is allowed under the following conditions.

  • ITAS and IMTA is mandatory and must be valid for 12 months, and not the renewal permit.
  • Arrival of the shipment in Indonesia must be within 3 months of the arrival of the consignee in Indonesia to reside /validation of the permits at the port.
  • All items must have been used by the person importing them for a period of 12 months prior
    to entry into Indonesia.
Any other type of KITAS such as investment, spouse/Family/ Retirement are subject to pay import duty/Taxes.
 
Requirement are subject to change so always check with us for updated customs requiement prior to importing personal effects.

For Airfreight shipments allow between 3 – 7 Business days.

For Sea freight shipments customs clearance can take anywhere from approximately 3-14 days.

Containers are subject to 100% physical customs inspection. Customs timing for release can be unpredictable. 

Once cleared your container shipment should be delivered depending on your location within 2-7 business days.

Yes, In the event that your villa is not ready or completed or you are not ready to accept your household goods in Bali. We are able to safely and securely store your goods until such time you are ready to accept.

  • Vehicles/motorized items (except for Diplomatic/semi-Diplomatic shipment)

  • Weapon/ammunition/Radioactive

Yes, you can just keep a record of what has been packed in your owner packed box so it can be accurately added to the inventory
