Another busy day for our Bali team and another container heading to Australia! This shipment brought together various Bali handicrafts for their journey to Darwin in the Northern Territory, with Jetfast coordinating the door-to-door shipping from Bali to Darwin.
From collecting purchases at the suppliers’ doors to professional wrapping, crating and consolidation, plenty of work went into preparing this load before the container was ready for sea freight. Another great effort from our Jetfast Orange Squad!
Making every bit of container space count
A varied shipment of Bali handicrafts needs careful preparation. Our team brought the goods together, packed them for international transport and loaded the 20-foot container to capacity.
Making good use of the available space is an important part of container loading, alongside protecting the goods for their journey. The photos show the work behind the shipment — from packing and preparation through to the completed container load.
From your supplier’s door in Bali to your door in Darwin.
Jetfast brings collection, packing, sea freight, clearance and final delivery together under one coordinated door-to-door service.
More than just loading a container
The full container is the part you can see, but there is plenty happening behind the scenes too. Export documentation, fumigation, customs arrangements and sea freight all form part of getting the shipment from Bali to Australia.
Our service continues on the Australian side, with customs and biosecurity clearance arrangements followed by delivery to the customer’s nominated address.
