They put up with our often frantic calls and messages, re-assured us that all was ok, kept us fully informed on the status and, most importantly, did everything within the quote/estimate they gave us at the beginning….they even managed to reduce it once everything was re-packed efficiently. Once our goods reached Melbourne it took less than two weeks to get everything cleared by customs and quarantine and delivered to our out-of-town address.
