We had to move from a remote Indonesian island back to Australia (Melbourne) in April 2021. We were having a lot of difficulties finding the best way to do this, which was causing a lot of stress, especially in the COVID-times. We were extremely fortunate to come across Jetfast (Russell and his amazing team), who helped coordinate the completely inadequate local shipping company in getting our household goods first to Bali, where Jetfast took over, re-packed everything to Australian custom’s standards, fumigated our wooded furniture and prepared for the voyage to Melbourne. They put up with our often frantic calls and messages, re-assured us that all was ok, kept us fully informed on the status and, most importantly, did everything within the quote/estimate they gave us at the beginning….they even managed to reduce it once everything was re-packed efficiently. Once our goods reached Melbourne it took less than two weeks to get everything cleared by customs and quarantine and delivered to our out-of-town address. Nothing was missing or broken and there were no additional fees at all. We really couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend them.
